This year’s Quitt Week will take place from Monday, July 1 to Sunday July 7. Thanks to everyone who voted.
Our next task is to select themes. You can continue to submit theme ideas here until next Monday (May 20th) after which there will be more voting!
For reference, the current list of suggested themes is below the cut. Certain similar items were grouped for convenience.
As always suggestions, questions, comments etc., can be sent via ask, submission, and email. :)

We want to really get the ball rolling on Quitt Week, and the first step for that is to select a date. Our thoughts were that July would be a good time for most people and far enough in the future to plan for. Click through to the form to select your preference, or enter one that isn’t listed.
At the bottom of the form is a space to include theme suggestions. It would be great if everyone left at least one; the more input from the fandom, the better the week will be. Voting for dates will be open until May 10, 2013

It feels like it has been forever since the last Quitt Week (June 2012 to be exact) so we’re finally getting the ball rolling on Quitt Week 2013.
This message is to gauge interest and also to get a general feel for fandom preferences. Before we get into polls and actual voting, we just wanted to get an idea of how people feel about;

I’ve decided no matter the size of the interest, this should be done anyway. I know there are a few of you who are definitely willing to participate and that is good enough for me.
I like glee weeks because it brings people who love the same ship together and encourages them to create awesome fan works to share with people they know will appreciate them. We are just the hub, someone to keep track of things. So submit your little Quitt shipping hearts out and Happy Holidays. :)

Another full Quitt Week is still in our future but the idea has been brought up to do a sort of mini Quitt Week or Weekend, since we all seem to love the Idea of Quitt at Christmas time.
That being said time is running out and Faberry week is already scheduled during December. To not overlap with Faberry week the dates would possibly be December 13th-15th. Three days dedicated to the holidays. As our lovely Anons have mentioned they would be themed Christmas, New years and general winter.
Although, there isn’t really a point in setting these days if there is no one interested in participating. We realize it may be short notice for some and though we really like the idea, we are currently only checking on interest.
So you all let us know. {Like/Reblog this post if you would submit a fan-work for a Quittmas WeekEND in a few weeks time.}

We’d still want to do a full Quitt week at some point but I’m open to a few days in December for Quittmas.

So sometime in that week of December (11th-15th) we could do one or two days dedicated to the holidays but only if there is interest. There isn’t really a point in doing it if no one plans to participate.
The idea is definitely on the table.
It would have to be either a few days in the week before Faberry Week or directly after, which is Dec 21-23. Cutting it to close to Christmas?
* Oh I lied… got my dates wrong already. There is no space for after faberry week so it’d have to be sometime in the week of Dec 11th-15th.

My only concern is that it takes a bit for word to circulate that it is happening and with the holidays people may be to busy to participate.
Also Faberry week is Dec 16th-22nd and we don’t want them to overlap…

OK so I’ve been insanely busy and Quitt at Christmas sounds really wonderful but I don’t think there is enough time before then to get things together.
Though I absolutely would like to do this again, I’m not sure when.
Any ideas for dates? I am open to suggestions.
